Disclosure & Privacy

The "me" disclosure . . .

Behind this computer is a real person.  I am far from picture perfect -- like the ones that actually make the cut for the blog.  I am lazy at times and messy at other times.  I've been the disagreeing wife.  I've yelled, when I should have whispered.  I've retreated, when I should have stayed.  I have plenty grumpy days. ::oops, I said that out loud::  I've sulked.  I've pouted.  I've stomped and I've plopped.

I make lots of mistakes and often find myself asking for forgiveness.   I tend to learn the hard way and often need lots of GRACE!  ::just ask my husband--actually please don't.  I'd be a bit embarrassed::

Please understand -- I really try to keep what I share here fairly transparent--the good & the bad, but there will be times that I put honoring my family above what I share.  I shed real tears and experience many ups and downs of life like everyone else.  Life is hard, but God is good!  I have the gift of His amazing grace that humbles me and keeps me going.

And now for the "blog" disclosure . . . because I get emails asking to advertise!

On occasion, I may (very rarely) accept select family-friendly products or discounts for review purposes and/or giveaways. I may also provide an opinion on products, services, websites and various other topics that I pay to receive or use--usually I like to share what works for us!   I will always give my honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences on those topics or products. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely my own. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party in question.

There are no affiliate links or sponsors. This blog does not accept any form of cash advertising, sponsorship, or paid topic insertions.  This season in my life is busy enough, and time is precious.  I just do not have the time to maintain all the legalities involved.

{Read this to learn just some of the tax paperwork involved.}  ::oh my!::

My children are growing up too fast, and I want to try and give as much of this precious time to them.  I want to embrace slow in all areas and that includes to keep my blogging old school -- one mama just sharing her heart.

My writings may be influenced by my background, occupation, beliefs, political affiliation and/or experience. I stand firm in my faith which is my saving grace and a gift from the Father above.

8Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable,
whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely,
whatever is commendable,
if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise,
think about these things.
Philippians 4:8

When I come across things worthy of praise, I will share!
